A commonly known upgrade item is the front strut bar (also refer to as strut tower bar or strut brace). the strut bar mounts between opposing strut towers and reduces the flex that these towers experience during hard cornering. reducing the flex keeps the wheels in position and helps the tires stay in their desired position on the road.this helps to improve traction on the turns and increase your turn-in response. a front strut bar should help to reduce under steer and a having bar in the rear should help to reduce over steer. however, unless you choose your manufacturer carefully, you may end up with a bar that looks great but does not meet your performance objectives.
